Welcome to our self-catering accommodation at Carr Dyke Farm, which is located on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, just a short drive from the historic village of Woodhall Spa, 25 minutes from the city of Lincoln, and approximately 50 minutes from the coast.

We currently have four properties available for country stays here on the farm:

The Coach House, is a cozy two-bedroom country cottage that has been sympathetically converted from its former use and boasts an open plan living area with two good-sized bedrooms, all on one level with one king-size room, and one room with super-king or twin bed set-up.

The Stables, a two-bedroom cottage that’s also all on one level, is also a great space for family get-aways. It has been re-furbished with a modern-cottage style, and has two bedrooms with either super-king or twin beds. The Stables is ‘cycle friendly’ and if booked in advance we allow bikes to be stored indoors, have washing facilities, and we can support your cycling holiday.

The Threshing Barn, a beautiful four-bedroom barn conversion with garden and a fabulous space for entertaining, is the oldest property on the farm. With a spiral staircase central to the property, exposed beams, large living area with log burner, it’s perfect for a family get-together.

The Granary, is a cozy four-bedroom barn conversion with a garden, and a large entertaining space seating up-to 12-14 people - ideal if you need a bit more room and book one of our smaller cottages at the same time for celebrations and gatherings. There’s three bathrooms, a cozy sitting room and this property retains many of its quirks from life as a farm barn.

All four properties are converted buildings on the grounds of our arable working farm, which has a farmhouse dating back to Victorian and Georgian times.

Tramps Cottage, our fifth holiday property, is a beautiful three-bedroom traditional farm cottage and will be available in 2027 after a full refurbishment.

The farm is a great location to cycle from, go golfing (with Blankney Golf Club and Woodhall Spa golf club nearby), visit numerous attractions and we’re not far from the city of Lincoln, Sleaford, Grantham and the Lincolnshire Wolds. We’re approximately 50mins from the coast by car. We are also based near RAF Metheringham, and in the midst of an area enriched with aviation history.
